MBT creates a natural instability underfoot, which activates the muscle groups needed to coordinate and stabilise the body when walking and standing and trains muscles when used in conjunction with specific exercises. EXERCISE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF GAIT

Purpose: train the co-ordination of the feet and of the rolling process
