To get the most out of your MBTs and to wear them safely, it is important that when you purchase your MBTs you do so from one of our qualified stockists. You will receive an MBT Introsession which should include a size-fitting and instruction in walking properly in your MBTs. You should also be instructed to build up your use of your new MBTs gradually and only as your comfort allows thus allowing your body time to adapt to the beneficial changes MBT imparts.
